*This is for Early Career Researchers looking to boost their wellbeing, manage their stress, and/or improve their focus and concentration.

By attending this session, you will learn to identify your personal signs of being overstressed and how to reduce your negative stress levels. You will also learn about how to find your “true grit” to achieve success in your chosen endeavour.

Note: This session is targeted at academics, researchers and postgraduate students.
